Key Responsibilities
  • Painting Services: Provide expert painting services, ensuring a high level of artisanship and attention to detail.
  • Equipment Operation: Safely operate ladders, scaffolding, sprayers, access equipment, and pressure washers.
  • Training and Development: Participate in training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge of the trade.
  • Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with colleagues and contribute to a positive team environment.
  • Adherence to Standards: Adhere to Moorhouse Coating's standards and procedures for painting services.
  • Daily Huddles: Participate in daily safety meetings and task management discussions.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: Possess proper use of ladders, scaffolding, and sprayers; be able to communicate effectively; demonstrate excellent organizational skills; have product knowledge and paint assessment skills; and hold a valid driver's license.
  • Experience: Bring experience or construction experience to the role.
  • Travel: Be prepared to travel up to 1 hour per day.
  • Employment: Commit to full-time employment.
