Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Assistant to join our team at Ascension St. Vincent's. As a Medical Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting our healthcare team.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with patient examinations and treatments under the direction of a physician.
  • Perform select clinical duties, including vital sign measurements and record-keeping.
  • Prepare treatment rooms and maintain a clean and organized environment.
  • Provide basic clerical support, including answering phones and maintaining records.
  • Assist with ordering and stocking of supplies.
Requirements
  • BLS Provider certification within 1 month of hire date.
  • Medical Assistant certification preferred.
  • High School diploma equivalency or 1 year of applicable cumulative job-specific experience required.
