Key Responsibilities
The Nursing Assistant is responsible for:
- Monitoring and documenting client progress in accordance with established treatment plans.
- Ensuring a safe and secure treatment environment by proactively safeguarding clients.
- Maintaining precise and detailed records of client care, with timely documentation of daily and weekly progress.
- Assisting in upholding compliance with clinical record-keeping and documentation standards.
- Supporting regulatory compliance and addressing any deviations from established care standards, including assisting with admissions and discharges.
Qualifications
Education:
Completion of a nursing program (PT, PN, VN) or a Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
Experience:
A minimum of four (4) years in a healthcare setting, including at least two (2) years as a Certified Nursing Assistant (C.N.A.) or Certified Medical Assistant (C.M.A.).
