Job Summary

We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker LCSW to join our team of experienced professionals. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker LCSW, you will be responsible for providing mental health services to our patients, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients to identify mental health needs and develop treatment plans
  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions to patients, including cognitive-behavioral therapy and other evidence-based interventions
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
  • Document patient interactions and treatment plans in accordance with company policies and procedures
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program
  • Active LCSW license in New York
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong clinical skills and knowledge of evidence-based interventions
