Job Title: Travel Outpatient Physical Therapist

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team for a travel assignment in an outpatient setting.

About the Job

This is a 13-week assignment with 40 hours per week, 8 hours per shift. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in physical therapy and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities
  • Provide expert physical therapy to patients with injuries or illnesses to help them improve movement, manage pain, and/or prevent the loss of mobility.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop effective treatment plans.
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Current state license in good standing with the State License Board.
  • Credentials evaluated by one of the following: FCCPT, ICD, ICA, IERF or IEC.
