Financial Assistant

The Midas Chain team is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Filing Clerk to support our accounting department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date filing systems, scanning and photocopying documents, and uploading them to our digital platforms.

• Organize and maintain current and historical invoices, ensuring all documents are accurately filed and easily accessible.
• Assist the accounting department in maintaining clean and organized records, including filing and scanning documents as needed.
• Develop and implement efficient filing systems to ensure seamless access to documents.
• Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the accounting department.

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration or related field are a plus.
• Proven experience using scanning tools and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a friendly demeanor and willingness to contribute to a collaborative work environment.
• Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles.
• Ability to lift 20-30 pounds.
