Position Summary: The IT Technical Support Specialist plays a crucial role in delivering technical support and assistance for various computer systems, hardware, and software applications. Key Responsibilities:

  • Offer technical support for incoming inquiries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.

Qualifications:

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Access, Excel, Outlook, and Word.

  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Solid technical background and understanding.
  • Ability to learn quickly and solve problems effectively.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Capacity to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining high efficiency.
  • Adept at managing multiple tasks and adapting to changing priorities.

  • Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends as required.

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.

Physical Requirements: This role involves a combination of sitting, standing, and walking throughout the day, with occasional bending and squatting necessary for equipment maintenance. The position may require lifting up to 50 lbs and involves continuous vision for detailed tasks, along with frequent hand and wrist movements for computer work.

Work Schedule: This is a full-time position with typical hours from Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., though flexibility is required for evening and weekend work as needed. The expected workload is approximately 40 hours per week.

Compensation: The salary range for this position is $50,000 to $60,000 annually, based on qualifications and experience.
