Position DetailsPosition: Florida Certified Paramedic
Compensation: $28 Per Hour (40 Hour Work Week)
Payment Options: Daily Pay (Available) & Weekly Pay

As a Paramedic, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of clients across various sectors, including Commercial Real Estate, Healthcare, Education, and Government. The role involves providing security for high-profile facilities and responding to medical emergencies with appropriate care. This program is licensed by the State of Florida and certified through local municipalities under a Special Secondary Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional customer service by implementing safety and security protocols, site-specific policies, and emergency response actions when necessary.
- React to incidents and critical situations with a calm and solution-oriented approach.
- Conduct regular and random patrols of the premises. Work environments may vary based on client requirements.
- Respond to emergency calls and provide suitable medical assistance.
- Initiate Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Life Support (ALS) patient care following established medical protocols.
- Collect patient information and commence treatment based on observed signs, symptoms, and data gathered on-site.
- Minimum age of 18 for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
- High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
- Applicants will undergo a background investigation in compliance with federal, state, and local laws.
- Drug screening may be required as a condition of employment.
- Licensing requirements may vary based on state and local regulations.
- Must possess or be able to obtain a Florida D License for unarmed security personnel.
- Must possess or be able to obtain a Florida G License for armed security personnel.
- Valid Florida Driver's License is required.
- State of Florida Paramedic Certification is mandatory.
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certification from the American Heart Association is required.
- Completion of an EVOC 16 Hour Course (Emergency Vehicle Operations Course) is necessary.
