Key Responsibilities
  • Client Representation: Provide expert legal advice to clients on their rights and options in matters related to criminal defense.
  • Court Appearances: Represent clients in pretrial hearings, trials, and other court proceedings, ensuring their rights are protected and their interests are represented.
  • Case Management: Manage and prioritize caseloads, ensuring timely and effective resolution of cases.
  • Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough research and analysis of legal precedents, statutes, and case law to inform client representation and case strategy.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our team of experienced attorneys and legal assistants to provide comprehensive and effective representation to clients.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience handling complex criminal cases at the federal, state, and local level.
  • Team Player: Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong ability to work collaboratively with colleagues.
  • Language Skills: Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are preferred but not required.
Benefits
  • Competitive Salary: $90,000 to $130,000 annual salary, with opportunities for advancement and growth.
