Job SummaryThe successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality diagnostic imaging services to patients in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities- Operate and maintain various types of medical imaging equipment, including X-ray machines, CT scanners, and MRI machines.
- Prepare patients for imaging procedures, including explaining the process and positioning them correctly.
- Conduct imaging procedures, such as X-rays, CT scans, and MRI scans, to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes.
- Review and analyze imaging results to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, including radiologists and physicians, to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient imaging procedures and results.
- Associate's degree in Radiologic Technology or related field.
- Current certification as a Registered Technologist (RT) in Radiography or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in diagnostic imaging, preferably in a travel healthcare setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
