  • Customer KPIs: Understand area customer KPIs, including trailer pool requirements, service numbers, commitments (lanes/volume and transit), and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify and execute continuous improvement opportunities that enhance financial performance and service levels, improving the value proposition for internal and external customers.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business or logistics or equivalent.
  • Experience: Three years of experience in motor carrier operations.
  • Skills: Proficient with Microsoft Office suite, ability to maintain high accuracy in preparing and entering information, and excellent communication skills.
  • Personal Qualities: Positive attitude, team player, strong leader, and effective stress and time management skills.
