Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Director of Endoscopy to develop and implement strategies for improving patient outcomes and enhancing the overall patient experience.
  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
  • Supervise and mentor nursing staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide high-quality care.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational standards.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to nursing staff to promote professional growth and development.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care.
Requirements
  • Current RN licensure in the State of Georgia.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a surgical services or GI endoscopy setting.
  • Excellent clinical assessment skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with minimal supervision.
