As a Physiatry consultant with Comprehensive Rehab Consultants, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional patient care in post-acute settings. We are seeking a skilled Physician Assistant/ Nurse Practitioner to join our team and contribute to our mission of improving patient outcomes.

About the Opportunity

This is a full-time opportunity with a highly competitive salary range of $95,000 - $125,000 per year. You will have the autonomy to manage your daily workflow, promoting a healthy work-life balance.

Responsibilities

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing specialized Physiatry services as a rehab consultant.
  • Representing CRC in your facility through strong clinical leadership and collaboration.
  • Managing conditions common in SNFs such as CVA, progressive neurological conditions, and postoperative orthopedic surgeries.
  • Working alongside PT, OT, and SLP teams to improve patient function and quality of life.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A passion for post-acute healthcare and serving the geriatric population.
  • SNF or post-acute experience (preferred).
  • Confidence to function autonomously.
  • A desire for continuous improvement and the ability to embrace change and growth.
