Job Title: Residential HVAC Service Technician

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Residential HVAC Service Technician to join our team at Kotz Heating & Air. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service and maintenance to our residential customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on residential HVAC systems
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with heating and cooling systems
  • Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with customers
  • Work efficiently and safely in a fast-paced environment

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in residential HVAC service
  • Universal EPA Certification
  • Advanced customer service skills
  • Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints
