About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Veterinary Receptionist to join our team at Community Veterinary Partners. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service, managing patient appointments, and maintaining accurate medical records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Service: Provide exceptional client service, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and addressing client concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Appointment Management: Schedule, confirm, and adjust patient appointments, ensuring seamless communication with clients and veterinarians.
  • Medical Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records, including patient information, treatment plans, and billing details.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and supply management, to ensure the smooth operation of our practice.
Requirements
  • Experience: 1+ year of experience in a veterinary reception or administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
