About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Bilingual Behavior Technician to join our team at Soar Autism Center. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality ABA therapy to children aged 2-6, supporting their growth and development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide one-on-one ABA therapy sessions, adhering to our rigorous standards of care and implementing intervention plans crafted by our expert BCBAs.
  • Deliver therapy in both English and Spanish, supporting our diverse client base and fostering strong relationships with families.
  • Engage in ongoing training and development, staying up-to-date with advancements in ABA therapy and RBT certification.
Qualifications
  • Proficiency in both English and Spanish, with a strong preference for enrollment in or completion of a degree program in a related field.
  • Ability to achieve and maintain RBT certification, with paid training provided by Soar Autism Center.
  • Previous experience working with children and a passion for supporting their growth and development.
