Role Responsibilities:

  • Guide software implementations by assisting clients with defining requirements, configuring systems, monitoring progress, and identifying and mitigating risks throughout the process.
  • Oversee relationships and communications (including internal teams, clients, and third-party vendors) concerning schedules, scopes, changes, and budgets.
  • Develop documentation and risk mitigation strategies.

Success Factors:

  • Minimum of two years of experience in implementing SaaS solutions.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and PMP certification or equivalent professional experience.
  • Familiarity with no-code/low-code integration platforms, SQL, data analytics, and data warehousing tools is preferred.
  • Genuine passion for assisting non-profit organizations in achieving transformative outcomes.
