Patient Interactions: Conduct brief 15-minute medication checks alongside thorough psychiatric evaluations lasting 45-60 minutes, managing a caseload of 18-20 patients daily.

Clinical Responsibilities: Deliver clinical services, including medication management and psychiatric evaluations, aimed at facilitating the achievement of individualized care plan objectives.

Care Coordination: Ensure seamless transitions of care with external Article 31 providers, hospitals, and other relevant entities.

Quality Assurance: Regularly review case records to monitor and enhance the quality of care provided.
