Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality, patient-centered care for routine, chronic, and acute visits

- Graduate of an accredited program
- National certification as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- Eligibility for Rhode Island state licensure and DEA registration

This position offers a Monday-to-Friday schedule with 1-2 evening shifts to 7:00 pm and a weekend and holiday office rotation.
