As a PeopleSoft HCM Trainer at ClinDCast, you will play a crucial role in empowering the future of healthcare by delivering training on PeopleSoft HCM modules. Your expertise will help healthcare organizations navigate the complexities of healthcare IT innovation, electronic health record (EHR) implementation & optimizations, data conversion, regulatory and quality reporting, enterprise data analytics, FHIR interoperability strategy, payer-to-payer data exchange, and application programming interface (API) strategy.

• Develop and deliver training on PeopleSoft HCM modules to ensure healthcare organizations have the necessary skills to implement and optimize their systems.
• Articulate module information during interviews to ensure seamless communication with stakeholders.
• Prioritize Texas state agency PeopleSoft training to meet the specific needs of our clients.

• 8 years of PeopleSoft HCM training development and delivery experience.
• Ability to create instructor materials for modules and organize curriculum effectively.
• Maintain classroom discipline and professionalism to ensure a productive learning environment.

• Experience creating EIR training materials to enhance the learning experience.
