Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform tests on various parts to ensure customer specifications are being met.
  • Assemble parts to partially completed units using basic tools, fixtures, and gauges.
  • Read work instructions and diagrams to complete assembly and heat treat functions.
  • Must be able to efficiently multi-task workload meeting furnace schedules and testing requirements.
  • Some furnace testing and troubleshooting will be required as part of your daily responsibilities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and customer requirements.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management.

  • Starting hourly base pay: $20.50
