We are seeking a skilled Vacuum Truck Operator to join our Industrial Services Division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining our vacuum trucks, ensuring efficient and safe operations in accordance with DOT laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate and set up vacuum trucks and equipment in accordance with operation training, guidelines, and safety procedures.
  • Adhere to all safety policies and practices, including personal protective gear.
  • Work safely in and around heavy machinery in loud, hazardous, and industrial settings.
  • Perform manual cleaning, installation, and repair of valves, caps, hoses, pumps, gaskets, and other equipment.
  • Assist in general maintenance of company equipment, including service, grease, and cleaning.
  • Wash and clean company equipment, including pressure washing and cleaning cabs.
  • Perform general housekeeping duties, including sweeping floors, taking out trash, and maintaining work areas.
  • Assist with job load outs and unloads, returning equipment and PPE to designated areas.
Requirements:
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • 1 year's experience required behind an 18-wheeler.
  • Valid Class A or B CDL and Tanker endorsement.
  • No driving restrictions.
  • Valid TWIC card or willingness to obtain one.
  • Pass a pre-employment drug screen, including hair follicle and urine tests.
  • Medical Examiner's Certificate or ability to obtain one.
  • Pass a personal background screen and MVR background screen.
  • Ability to travel for extended periods and respond to emergency calls 24/7.
Physical Requirements:
  • Physically capable of performing all duties and responsibilities assigned.
  • Physically capable of lifting a minimum of 50 pounds.
  • Physically capable of standing and/or walking continuously for long periods.
  • Physically capable of climbing, balancing, bending, stooping, and kneeling.
  • Physically capable of working in all inclement weather conditions.
