Job Summary:We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Radiation Technologist to work in our Computed Tomography department. As a Radiation Technologist, you will be responsible for operating computed tomography scanners to produce high-quality images of the body's internal structures. You will work closely with our team of healthcare professionals to ensure that patients receive the best possible care.
Responsibilities:- Operate computed tomography scanners to produce high-quality images of the body's internal structures
- Prepare patients for imaging procedures, including explaining the procedure and positioning the patient
- Administer contrast media as needed
- Monitor patients' responses to imaging procedures and report any adverse reactions
- Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient imaging procedures and results
- One to three years of experience as a Radiation Technologist
- Current certification in Computed Tomography
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift and move patients as needed
