Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team as a Private Duty Registered Nurse. As a Private Duty Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to clients in their homes, working closely with our team to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Provide skilled nursing care to clients in their homes, including wound care, G-Tube care, and PICC Line maintenance.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each client.
  • Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of clients' physical and emotional needs, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies for enhancement.
  • Document all client interactions, including progress notes, medication administration records, and other relevant information.
Requirements
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Alabama.
  • 2 years of experience in home health or hospice care, with a focus on skilled nursing.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
