We are seeking a highly skilled DevSecOps Engineer to join our team at Parsons Corporation. As a DevSecOps Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing secure and scalable cloud-based systems.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and implement secure and scalable cloud-based systems
- Develop and maintain automated deployment and testing frameworks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize security risks
- Develop and implement security controls to mitigate identified risks
- Provide technical guidance and support to development teams on security best practices
- Active Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility
- IAT Level II certification
- BS degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
- At least 8 years of experience designing and implementing information management systems
- Three years within the past five years of experience in technical research and development that enables continuing innovation within the infrastructure
- Three years within the past five years of demonstrated experience in product development, to include direct control and responsibility over subordinate developers working the development of a web-based, as well as data intensive system
- Three years within the past five years of experience with provisioning, installation/configuration, operation, and maintenance of software and infrastructure-as-code in a DevOps and/or continuous delivery environment using automated deployment and testing frameworks
- Three years within the past five years of experience with commercial cloud service providers (Amazon Web Services or Microsoft Azure), containers, server-less architecture, micro-services, web services, and RESTful API design
