Job Summary:

The Financial Operations Manager will oversee accounts payable and receivable, review monthly account reconciliations, and collaborate with the finance team on general accounting tasks.

They will also be responsible for timely and accurate review of monthly financial reports, supporting schools in understanding financial reports, and preparing ad-hoc financial reports.

Additionally, they will lead the annual budget preparation, supervise finance team members, coordinate the audit process, assist with financial systems, manage grant funds, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and lead payroll and benefits processes.


Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise finance team members

• Coordinate audit process and prepare required forms

• Ensure financial systems are in sync and troubleshoot as needed

• Manage end-to-end grant management cycle

• Prepare compliance reports for various funding sources

• Lead payroll and benefit processes

• Perform other related duties as requested
