Soliant Health is seeking a dedicated and compassionate School Occupational Therapist to join our team in the small and welcoming district of Carrollton, GA.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct assessments to identify students' occupational therapy needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support student progress.
  • Provide direct therapy services to students, focusing on improving their ability to perform tasks in their daily living and school activities.
  • Monitor and document student progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of educational goals.
Position Details:
  • Caseload: 27 students
  • Schedule: 2 days per week (16 hours)
  • Location: Carrollton, GA
  • Type: Part-time
Qualifications:
  • Masters degree in Occupational Therapy
  • Current Occupational Therapist license in the state of Georgia
