Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Behavioral Therapist to join our team. As a Behavioral Therapist, you will work directly with children with autism, teaching individualized skills to improve their language, social, and play skills.
Key Responsibilities- Work with your supervisor to develop and implement individualized treatment plans for children with autism.
- Provide one-on-one therapy sessions to children with autism, teaching skills such as communication, social interaction, and play.
- Collect data to track progress on treatment plan goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure consistency and generalization of skills across settings.
