Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Behavioral Therapist to join our team. As a Behavioral Therapist, you will work directly with children with autism, teaching individualized skills to improve their language, social, and play skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with your supervisor to develop and implement individualized treatment plans for children with autism.
  • Provide one-on-one therapy sessions to children with autism, teaching skills such as communication, social interaction, and play.
  • Collect data to track progress on treatment plan goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure consistency and generalization of skills across settings.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of new programs and services.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field, such as psychology, special education, or child development.
  • Experience working with children with autism or other developmental disabilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
