Job ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality food products in a fast-paced kitchen environment. This includes maintaining Concept Uniform and grooming Standards at all times, communicating effectively with team members and managers, and demonstrating self-motivation and initiative to assist new recruits and teammates.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Excellent Communication Skills: Clear, concise, and consistent verbal and written communication among team members, lead line cooks, and managers.
- Language Skills: Able to effectively communicate subject knowledge to recruits in a language they can understand.
- Punctuality: Demonstrating a strong commitment to arriving on time for shifts and meetings.
- Self-Motivated: Showing initiative to assist every new recruit and every teammate become the best Walk-On's HOH team member they can be.
