Job Summary

HonorVet Technologies is seeking a highly skilled Public Works Engineering Project Management Staff Augmentation professional to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing civil engineering projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Manage major Capital Improvement (CIP) projects, including contract administration, project schedule coordination, and management of consultants and staff.
  • Construction Inspection: Manage construction inspection firms for public construction projects and prepare construction project progress payments.
  • Reporting and Communication: Write City Council staff reports and prepare construction contract agreements and amendments. You may also make oral presentations before the City Council and various commissions and committees.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience: Strong experience in managing paving, storm drains, bridges, buildings, traffic signals, sanitary sewers, street lighting, undergrounding of overhead utilities, and civil engineering projects.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge: Experience working with municipal codes, standard engineering plans and specifications.
