Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced RN Clinical Manager to join our team at Peoples Home Health, LLC. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality hospice services to our patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the implementation and coordination of hospice services, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational standards.
  • Supervise and mentor a team of clinicians, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent patient care and outcomes.
  • Conduct regular supervisory visits to assess clinical performance and provide feedback to team members.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and implement strategic plans to improve services and meet client needs.
  • Participate in case conferences and interdisciplinary team meetings to ensure seamless coordination of care.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, community organizations, and other stakeholders to promote our services and build partnerships.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and regulatory changes to ensure our organization remains compliant and competitive.
Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited RN program, with a Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.
  • A minimum of 7 years of RN experience, with at least 3-5 years in hospice care.
  • Proven leadership and management skills, with a track record of successfully supervising clinical and administrative staff.
  • Current RN licensure in the State of Florida and valid driver's license.
  • Current CPR certification and valid auto insurance.
Working Conditions

This role requires a strong commitment to delivering high-quality patient care in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You will be working in an office/home environment, with occasional exposure to biological hazards.
