We are seeking a Waterworks Professional to join our team, responsible for assisting licensed technicians, supervisors, and management in delivering outstanding customer service, safety compliance, and job assignments safely, on-time, and within budget.

• Serve customers with a positive attitude, enthusiasm, and professionalism, presenting options and assisting with decision-making.
• Refuse to compromise company or individual integrity by performing unnecessary services.
• Maintain, inspect, and clean assigned vehicle, as well as secure truck stock to promote efficiency and present a professional image.

• Apprentice Plumber certificate/license is required.
• 2+ years of Commercial Service experience is preferred, with a strong background in plumbing and waterworks.
