We are seeking a compassionate and skilled LPN to provide direct nursing care to our residents. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying resident medical and behavioral changes, developing and monitoring care plans, and providing daily reports to the Director of Health Services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADL), family/social activities, and promote independent lifestyles.
  • Provide nursing care according to physician's orders and in conformance with recognized nursing practice, established standards, and administrative policies.
  • Ensure preventative, therapeutic, and rehabilitative services to residents and assist in the coordination of nursing care with care rendered by other disciplines.

Requirements:

  • Current nursing license valid in state worked.
  • Position wages starting $26/HR.
  • Weekend Shifts Available.
