Innovative Renal Care is seeking an experienced leader to fill the role of Group Vice President. This position is responsible for directing and growing the dialysis business across the Midwest region.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management: Provide strategic leadership and management of all aspects of customer service, quality patient care, marketing, and financial management.
- Operational Oversight: Oversee the management of clinic operations in assigned regions, ensuring clinics and home programs meet quality, financial, human resource, and regulatory targets.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategies to drive growth, improve patient outcomes, and enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaboration and Communication: Partner with Medical Directors, regional leadership, and clinic leadership to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Financial Management: Responsible for the financial performance and key objectives of all clinics and programs in the assigned group.
- Performance Management: Conduct and oversee monthly financial and quality performance reviews with partners to identify gaps in performance and create action plans.
- Market Analysis: Understand local and area dialysis markets, develop local market strategies for increasing clinic growth, home program growth, and identifying other opportunities.
- Culture Development: Foster a culture of continual improvement, support employee growth and succession planning, and create an atmosphere of engagement, congeniality, accountability, and respect.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that dialysis centers and programs in the group maintain survey readiness and comply with applicable company and regulatory requirements.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in healthcare or business-related field; master's preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience managing in the healthcare field required; dialysis experience preferred.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills and business acumen.
This is a full-time position supporting healthcare facilities. Typical days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., which may vary for clinical support and business/operational needs. Work during holidays, inclement weather, and emergency situations will be required. This position requires travel up to 50% of the time.
