Andiamo is in search of a personable and sociable Mixologist. We seek an individual who can contribute their expertise and understanding of diverse beverage recipes to our establishment. Your role will involve meticulous attention to detail and presentation for each order, preparing and organizing ingredients by adhering to established recipes, and ensuring a delightful drinking experience for patrons.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with eye contact and a warm smile.
• Utilize guests' names during interactions, when known.
• Address guest complaints, ensuring their satisfaction.
• Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for bar and restaurant patrons.
• Engage with guests, take orders, and serve food and drinks.
• Evaluate guests' needs and preferences to provide tailored recommendations.
• Combine ingredients to craft cocktails in accordance with standard operating procedures.
• Design and showcase the bar menu.
• Verify customers' identification to ensure compliance with legal drinking age.
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies as needed.
• Maintain a guest-focused approach to ensure an exceptional experience.
• Adhere to all food and beverage regulations.
• Possess a thorough knowledge of wines, liquors, beers, and menu offerings, accurately addressing guest inquiries.
• Recognize repeat and VIP customers, anticipating their needs to enhance their experience.
• Present menus and offer complimentary beverages in line with guidelines.
• Exhibit excellent attendance and punctuality.
• Uphold the values of the Joe Vicari Restaurant Group by demonstrating ethical conduct.

• Must be over 21 years of age.
• Strong knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving beverages.
• Proficient in computer systems and point-of-sale technology.
• Positive demeanor and outstanding communication abilities.
• Capability to maintain an organized, stocked, and clean bar area.
• Relevant training certification (TIPS-Alcohol Awareness) is required.
