Master Craftsman

Salary Range: $70,000 - $90,000 per year

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Master Craftsman to lead our project teams as a Project Supervisor. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful completion of projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

• Project Management: Oversee all aspects of project execution, including planning, coordination, and control.
• Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of skilled craftsmen, providing guidance, coaching, and mentoring to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
• Cost Control: Manage project costs, including materials, labor, and equipment, to ensure projects are completed within budget.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure that all work meets the highest quality standards, adhering to company policies and procedures.
• Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.

• Experience: 2-5 years of experience as a Lead Carpenter or management experience.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset.
• Skillset: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team of skilled craftsmen. Proficient in Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, and Project.
