Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough inspections to verify compliance with construction codes and specifications.
- Provide expert guidance on civil and flood wall construction, ensuring the highest quality work.
- Collaborate with contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders to address issues and provide constructive feedback.
- Review project documentation, including plans, drawings, and specifications, to verify accuracy and completeness.
- Inspect materials and verify their acceptance before installation.
- Participate in project meetings and provide technical expertise and guidance on construction inspection matters.
- Contribute to the preparation of monthly project status reports.
- Degree in engineering or construction management, or equivalent work experience/certifications.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Construction Inspector in large-scale heavy civil projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction practices, techniques, construction codes, and regulations.
- Ability to perform quantity and engineering computations, read and interpret plans and specifications.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- A competitive salary range of $50-$60 per hour.
