Job Summary
We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Produce Stocker to join our team at Wegmans Food Markets. As a Produce Stocker, you'll play a critical role in ensuring that our customers have access to the freshest and highest-quality fruits and vegetables. You'll work closely with our Produce team to maintain a clean and organized store environment, receive and stock merchandise, and provide exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with finding products, answering questions, and resolving issues
- Receive and stock merchandise in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring that shelves are fully stocked and facing is maintained
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the Produce department and surrounding areas
- Work collaboratively with the Produce team to achieve sales goals and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
- Participate in inventory management and cycle counts to ensure accuracy and efficiency
