About the Role

The Senior Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) is responsible for ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care in our Med Surg department. This role involves collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate, evaluate, and deliver customized care to patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care
  • Supervise personnel providing direct patient care and delegate activities based on patient care needs
  • Support the achievement of internal/external benchmarks, accreditations, and designations
  • Perform Nurse Leader Rounding
  • Recommend and implement courses of action to ensure a competitively superior organization
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A graduate degree in nursing from an accredited institution
  • CA RN license in good standing
  • BLS certification
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Med Surg services
  • Leadership or management experience preferred
