Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing skilled home health services to patients in Justin, TX. This includes assessing patient needs, developing personalized treatment plans, and implementing therapies to improve mobility and functionality.

Requirements:

  • Active licensure in the state of TX required.
  • OT Liability insurance in the state of TX required.
  • Graduate degree or greater in Occupational Therapy.
  • Previous experience in home health or rehab preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
