As a Sales Associate at Boyd Gaming, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our guests. You will be the face of our company, and your role will be crucial in driving sales and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide quality customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the gift shop and boutique.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and other forms of payment.
  • Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise, rotating stock to prevent expired products, and maintaining accurate inventory levels.
  • Participate in quarterly physical inventory counts and assist with any necessary adjustments.
  • Develop knowledge of lottery tickets and show tickets, including the ability to sell them in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a retail or customer service role is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Ability to stand and/or walk for the duration of the shift, with occasional lifting and carrying of up to 30 pounds.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
