Culinary Specialist

You will be responsible for effectively executing the preparation and cooking of hot and cold foods, ensuring quality and freshness. Our ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work efficiently, and maintain a clean and safe workspace.

• Prepare and cook hot and cold foods, including soups, sauces, salads, special entrees, and catering requirements.
• Examine food for quality and freshness.
• Monitor food temperatures to ensure quality meals.
• Create a quality dining experience that exceeds customer expectations.
• Promote teamwork and respect amongst employees, provide world-class customer service, and adhere to all food safety regulations.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area, utilizing equipment safely and efficiently.

• Able to work flexible hours, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to perform other duties as determined by the supervisor, client, and client location.
