Job Summary

JobRialto is seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team in a dynamic acute care setting. As a critical care respiratory therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide respiratory care to patients with a wide range of respiratory conditions, including chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), pneumonia, and acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS)
  • Conduct pulmonary function tests, stress tests, and EKGs to diagnose and monitor respiratory conditions
  • Develop and implement individualized respiratory care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest respiratory care techniques and technologies to provide evidence-based care
Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited Respiratory Therapy Program
  • Current registration or certification as a Respiratory Therapist and licensure in the State of Montana
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Current Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in acute care ICU or LTACH setting
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Meditech EMR
  • Current certification in Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP)
  • Compact license or license from the State of Kentucky
