Sales Operations Programs Coordinator Lead

Reports to: Sr. Manager, Sales Operations Programs
About the Role:
The Sales Operations Programs Coordinator will support the coordination, facilitation, logistics, and fulfillment of various internal assets supporting Commercial activities, specifically for **** system and product demo programs.
Responsibilities:
- Interact with Commercial organization on various program timelines and deliverables- surveys, tracking details, scheduling, and coordinating movements of assets that are managed by the department.
- Balances competing priorities of sales, marketing, and third-party vendors, serving as a communication liaison and resolving scheduling conflicts.
- Responsible in the shipping/receiving and intake processing of internal assets supporting Commercial initiatives on behalf of **** Sales Operations Programs team.
- Troubleshoot and test equipment to ensure functionality prior to supporting Commercial events.
- Organize and manage warehouse and program inventory (systems, instrumentation, accessories).
- Operate and maintain material handling equipment (i.e. label machine, pallet jack).
- Assist with Sales Operations Programs annual maintenance/system upgrades.
Skill Requirements:
- Effective time management and detail-oriented approach.
- Organized and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Computer proficiency: Microsoft Office, Excel.
- Fluent in English.
- Able to lift 80lbs.
- Minimal travel may be required.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of relevant work experience.
- Prior logistics experience a plus.
- Driver's license required.
- Bachelor's degree.
