Job Description

Pantheon Data is seeking a highly experienced Business Systems Program Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of Navy HR systems projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in IT controls, audit, risk management, and project leadership, with a strong background in IT risk management frameworks, control standards, and federal information assurance regulations.

The Program Manager will be responsible for providing executive leadership and strategic oversight for Navy HR systems projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, federal regulations, and industry best practices. This includes developing and implementing long-term strategies for IT control audits, risk management, and system modernization, while ensuring compliance with FISCAM and other relevant standards.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leading large-scale projects, managing teams, and delivering results in complex, regulatory-driven environments. They will also possess exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with a strong ability to build and maintain client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide executive leadership and strategic oversight for Navy HR systems projects
  • Develop and implement long-term strategies for IT control audits, risk management, and system modernization
  • Lead cross-functional teams, overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of projects
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for senior stakeholders, providing regular updates and presenting key findings
  • Oversee the development of project roadmaps, ensuring resource allocation, budget management, and risk mitigation strategies are in place
  • Foster strong relationships with Navy HR system clients, providing strategic advice on IT controls, audits, and the transformation of business processes

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required, advanced degree preferred
  • Ten (10) or more years of experience in IT controls, audit, risk management, and project leadership
  • At least three (3) years in a senior leadership or director role
  • In-depth knowledge of IT risk management frameworks, control standards, and federal information assurance regulations
