**Job Summary:**

As a Cook at Sodexo, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking food to the highest standards. This role involves reading recipes and product directions, estimating food requirements, and operating various kitchen utensils to prepare hot and cold foods.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Read and follow recipes and product instructions to prepare food
* Estimate food requirements to ensure efficient food preparation
* Operate kitchen utensils to weigh, measure, mix, wash, peel, cut, grind, stir, strain, season, and knead foodstuffs
* Assist in the preparation of hot and cold foods
* Properly store food to maintain quality and safety
