We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Dishwasher at Blue Sushi Sake Grill. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation in our dishroom.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a clean and organized dishroom, ensuring all equipment and utensils are sanitized and in good working order.
- Operate dishwashing machines and other kitchen equipment to ensure efficient and effective cleaning processes.
- Portion and prepare food items as needed to support our kitchen team.
- Assist with basic restaurant upkeep and cleanliness, including sweeping, mopping, and restocking supplies.
- Collaborate with our kitchen team to maintain a safe and positive work environment.
