We are seeking a skilled Licensed Social Worker to join our team as a Social Services Director. This role will play a vital part in promoting the mental, emotional, social, and psychological well-being of our residents, while supporting their families and teammates. About the Role

As a Licensed Social Worker at Touchstone Communities, you will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to provide high-quality care and support to our residents. Your primary responsibilities will include assessing the needs of our residents, developing and implementing personalized care plans, and ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.

Salary and Benefits

The salary range for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and tuition reimbursement. Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A degree in Social Work or a related field
* A current Texas Social Worker license
* Strong assessment and treatment planning skills
