Firearms Sales Specialist

AMMO LAB CORPORATION is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Firearms and Ammunition Sales Associate to join our team. This role is a critical part of our customer-facing team, requiring strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate products to customers and provide recommendations.
• Ensure a safe and welcoming shopping experience for all customers.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Accurately complete 4473 forms and other firearm and ammunition paperwork.
• Log firearms for acquisition and disposition records.
• Ship and transfer firearms as requested.
• Create purchase orders to restock merchandise.
• Operate a cash register and use the system to create sales orders.
• Follow company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Must be able to legally own a firearm.
• Understanding of ATF policies and guidelines.
• Knowledge of safety policies and practices involving firearms.
• Positive attitude and strong communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Dependability, honesty, and commitment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Relevant experience in sales or customer service.
• Knowledge of firearms and ammunition.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
