Key Responsibilities:

• Consistently greet all guests with a friendly demeanor and a welcoming smile at the entrance.
• Accurately record reservations and seating preferences to provide exceptional service.
• Prepare dining tables with the appropriate utensils, glassware, and dishware, while maintaining a tidy workspace.
• Guide guests to their tables and present menus with professionalism.
• Supervise the delivery and service of food and beverages to ensure quality standards.
• Collaborate with wait staff and other team members to guarantee a seamless dining experience for guests.
• Assist with cashier duties and busser tasks as needed to enhance service efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Preferred two years of experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage positively with guests and colleagues.
• Capability to remain on your feet for extended periods.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
